If the driver cancels, please provide the cancellation details so we can assist. If the driver cancels your booking, you can choose a replacement vehicle of equal value or request a full refund.
Reminder: Driver cancellations impact customer trust and the Dream Rides brand. Unjustified cancellations may result in a strike under the three-strike policy, or suspension/removal from the platform.
